I think you are taking a good approach by going with a more local tuner for your specific business requests and needs as it is very hard to meet your requests remotely without being able to look under the hood of the vehicle. With that as long as you have Mr Church tuning the vehicle he will do a bang up job for you.

We both know how dealing with that customer is, so honestly I understand why. We may have found out why some of the tune is off, as it may have been the wrong MAP sensor on the car.. Not a denso 3 bar like you were told. And I'm 10000% positive if you were able to see the car in person you would've seen that fixed it and had the car running right. The customer is a really.. Impatient person to put it nicely. I just wish that we could've stayed in better contact. I don't mean to bash you by no means. Before this your the only tuner I recommended and when we sell a kit I refer them to you. I just wished we could have been the person he went to, then we go to you, instead of him driving you away
For the record this customer is one of those guys that will call you 10-15 times a day for the same questions.. Or call you ask a question, then call back in 15 mins to ask another one. He is one that doesn't like waiting, and has goals that are extremely hard to meet.. He is a great guy and all, just difficult to work with and bill tried to go out of his way to help him out, but one can only take so much. After that happened, the rest of concatenation just was difficult. We've had three other cars needed tuned, a full blown BRZ and two KW kits and we just couldn't get responses.. We feel that a lot of it was just due to the previous customer.
