Should be fine. Slightly smaller than OEM in width and therefore also diameter.
Why switching out the stock tires though? They're not as bad as you think they are. For all the trouble switching tires, not sure you'll see a difference. What make/model of tire?
I'd recommend saving the $$ for other mods.
