P0420 needs the rear O2 sensor deleted most of the time. Highway driving throws this code the most. Someone who city drives all the time may not see it. Deleting the rear O2 will cause you to instantly fail inspection due to the evap sensor failing the test. Its good to have two Ecutek roms:
Rom 1 is your regular tune with multiple maps with the O2 deleted
Rom 2 is your same tune, but with the O2 sensor back on, simply for inspection.
