So.... unless we can get some investigating done to get the company that truck belongs to and find out the plate number of that truck, we can't do anything.
Talked to my insurance today, with the current situation, all I can do is file an auto glass claim to fix my windshield, but that's a deductible out of my own wallet.

Gaw... It would be cheaper to just replace the windshield than filing a claim
