I called Clackamas County Sheriff's Dept., got referred to State Police because it's a state hwy. The state police just took down my explanation of the event and gave me a case number. To quote the officer I talked to: "There's nothing the police can do at this point. All you can do is file a small claims case against them."

So.... unless we can get some investigating done to get the company that truck belongs to and find out the plate number of that truck, we can't do anything.

Talked to my insurance today, with the current situation, all I can do is file an auto glass claim to fix my windshield, but that's a deductible out of my own wallet.

Gaw... It would be cheaper to just replace the windshield than filing a claim
