I've always been optimistic that Mazda will get the important bits right (engine, suspension, price) but on the fence on styling, this makes me optimistic on the looks too, I just appreciate anything different:

My guesses:
~170 horses +/-5 horses
~2,400 lbs. +/-50lbs.
~$24,000 +/-$500 base price
And all the standard stuff, 6 speed gearbox, soft top, power hardtop to come with clearance for the broomstick test for track events, zero word on a coupe.

Only unknowns which could make a difference imo is styling details and whether or not it's N/A or Turbo. My money is on N/A.

Edit: Obligatory inline 4 engine, lots of 'SkyActiv' 'technology'.
