Im looking for a guy here with red frs with Florida plate, limo tint, and exhaust. Drove to Michigan on August 31st.
I know this might be a long shot. I saw him three times. First time I saw him he drove past me in Ohio turnpike. Then when I went to a service plaza, i saw him just right behind me. He didnt stop or said anything and left right away. Then when I got on the road again. He passed me again. Then in Michigan same thing happen again..
It was like he turned around twice.
