It depends on the port installed accessories. I highly doubt dealers would mark it up with cold cash, but you never know.
Typically, if it starts at 30k and just under 31k for a manual, then I think
typical Out-The-Door prices would be around 33k-35k.
When the dealers add the clear protective film, that can potentially add up well over $1000 over the base price.
