In case anyone is still waiting on Whiteline for an update, I got one from Jan last week. They have tried a few fixes, but they all did not meet durability standards. They are testing some other fixes now, but no ETA.
As for me, I removed the Comp-C's this past Monday and replaced them with HVT camber plates. No issues at all with the HVT's. When I inspected the bearings in the Comp-C's, the passenger side was extremely notchy and would stick which would explain why I would get coil bind at times where the bearing would stick and then release causing a popping noise from the spring. The driver's side was quiet until recently when I heard some coil bind as well. Upon inspection, the bearing was a lot smoother, but you could feel some graininess from the bearing with your fingers so it looks like it was only a matter of time before it would start having issues.
I'll post up if I get any more updates from Whiteline.
