One has to wonder if you could correlate some stats directly to head on accidents or related accidents caused by poorly aimed overly powerful lights.

I know I am dreading driving the BRZ up north if I ever do, all those lifted Trucks with their lights aimed super high, running non-stop HID high-beams, or hell ever lightbars..... (I've seen it....) and literally blind every car not lifted as high as them.
