Yes, but for one you aren't actually seeing it being done in front of your eyes and two you are just assuming it has been beat on, but you never know if it was owned by someone who babied it.
I drive my FRS hard but I take care of it and it isn't the same thing as some 20 year old kid beating on a car that he has no care for because it isn't his car.
