Now if you care about actually driving experience it's a tougher choice. I would avoid the N54 engine like the plague (135, 335, 535 etc). I owned a 335i spent more time in the shop than on the road. I think it would be a tough choice for me between that and the FRS if you can find a 128 6spd for a decent price.

But ultimately you need to drive them both and see what you prefer.
