What autos could get away with in the past has nothing to do with future regulations. The 86 only makes 200hp because of emissions targets.

i see, well maybe Europe will get a different power train to meet their stricter emission standards (V6 turbo or V6 hybrid?). Or maybe Toyota may not even offer FT1 for the European market. last time i checked the MKIV and 86 weren't hot sellers in Europe.
