I took a look at the last location the Altair Leader was at and it looks like it is also a car loading location.
I looked at the street view around this area and I don't recognize the cars in these lots, but it looks like it might be the kei cars that were manufactured at the BRZ plant before they switched to BRZ production.

So based on this and Moto's post, I am guessing that this location is where the BRZ/FRSs were loaded, and now it is picking up some other cars at the Yokohama port. Now I feel like I am stalking this boat...
