1 - Everything REALLY important is available via OBD2/ECU.
2 - All mechanical gauges work more or less the same; I don't have a specific recommendation here. Note: the Greddy oil cooler includes an adapter and bung for an oil pressure gauge.
3 - The ECU's oil temp is accurate.
