Define "full exhaust system".
If you've deleted cats, then you'll need a custom tune. If you still have the stock header and overpipe, then you're good with the CARB tune.
Catbacks don't add power, no matter what the manufacturer/vendor claims. You'll see why FI is the way to go once you get your kit. More hp/dollar
