That's what I was worried about. While I was slowly lifting it up I was slowly moving the jackstands from the front to the rear as space allowed plus I put the rear part of the ramp on the back wheels to act as a big wheel chock in case it moved backwards. I pushed that in under the rear tires as space also allowed while I was lifting it up. It was pretty stable.
