So I went and filled up on E85, flashed the Stage 2 EL E85 map and it DEFINITELY pulls harder than 93.
Ran it with the live graph view, no knock and not leaning out so she seems healthy too. Fuel trims bounce between -5% and +5% but LTFT sticks around 0%.
