I think the Nokia 625 is and it has the update. I assume that only because I'm under the impression that Cortana is part of the update. Could be wrong.
I have the Nokia 925 and I love it. It's so good at everything it does that it makes me want to leave my iPhone4 (that work provides) on a railroad track.
