There's nothing wrong with being mommy's boy. If your parents will pay for all your stuff, then enjoy it. forever alone ftw!
Otherwise, if you're looking to become self-sufficient, then no, you don't make enough to afford anything new at the moment. Hell, 900/mo is below the poverty line... don't even think about a new car, much less keeping both vehicles.
