MKII. I guess thats what my '85 GTI was? The MKI had so much more character. Even though I had the new model back then I still admired an acquaintances MKI.
Funny how we had so much fun with 100 HP back then. My buddy had an 86 Corolla GTS. Now that was the shit, all 116 HP of it. Who knew rwd was the thing? I actually drifted his car, accidentally, mind you. It was my affection for that car that drew me to the twin.
