All depends on how good of a driver you are on the track. On the old DDT, I could only get a few laps in without serious pad fade on the stock pads but sticky tires.
Typically you'll get pad fade before you boil the fluid with stock brake parts.
If you're running the stock tires, it won't be as bad, but if you're running stickier tires you'll want better pads/fluid to be safe.
All that said, if it's your first time ever on a track you might not have any issues even with all stock brake parts.
