There is a close-in-age exception to the NJ legal Age of Consent - minors aged 13, 14 and 15 may legally engage in sexual activities with persons up to 4 years older than them (For example, it is lawful for a 14-year-old male or female to engage in sex with a person up to 18 years of age).
As above if any girl four years younger than me wanted to engage in a sexual activity it's ok with their consent. Just listing the laws here nothing more, nothing personal.
Now that that's out of the way I agree that they have no clue what they want at that age. I could never have a descent relationship with her outside of friends it would never work out. She just isn't mature enough to say the least. I've even tried to protect her in certain situations where she has no idea what the guys intentions are. Unfortunately, young girls are manipulated by older men very easily.
