I'd say SPL too seeing how you're only dropping the car about an inch and they make great products
If you were going lower, I'd recommend Stance LCAs. Reason being is because they lower the mounting point by 20mm which allows you to retain some of the travel you normally lose when lowering the car, AND they use aurora ends, which absolutely awesome quality. Expensive, yes. But worth it
