The latest fad is a Suby WRX conversion. There are kits out there.
There is one guy on the 914world forums that has a 914 with a Cayenne 8 cyl in it. And there are a few that have done the boxster engine swap.
Personally I would love to put a FA20 in one.
Just have to wait for someone to rear-end my BRZ....
