2) DO NOT keep on driving after you go 4 off.
These are very BASIC and SIMPLE things to know/do, yet people screw it up all of the time because they are too busy trying to drive fast and moving up to faster run groups before they are ready.
I see more cars getting balled up, more people running in wrong experience groups, and more mistakes that are going to get cars destroyed and people HURT each year. The popularity of the sport is increasing, and the organizations that run these events are having a very hard time keeping things moving while keeping things safe. They are keeping registration streamlined at the expense of safety, unfortunately. ALL of the major groups out there are guilty of doing this. It's all going to come to a head in the next year or 2. Mark my words.
The wet blanket will get off the soap box now...
^^This person should be allowed to move on to solo driving. Not in the drivers set, not even in THE CAR, watching a video that has nothing to do with flags, but knows enough to be able to spot it AND call out the mistake.

You are completely right about him needing to go in, but at the same time I think it might have been the passing flag for the C.F. of the two cars ahead of him (I think I see a stripe in the flag though it is hard to tell from the video, not to mention NCRC is pretty aggressive with the passing flag. Also, that Nissan's behavior at turn 11, wtf for that run group). I'm not defending his staying out, but I've seen cars not get flagged at 11 after going off (just takes some time to get the info out and such I'm sure).
Since we are talking safety here, it should also be noted that he probably should have waited a little bit before getting back on since two cars pass him as he comes back on track.
Also, I really hope your prediction is wrong.
