I got the standard 400lb springs all around on mine. Nice balance for street and track driving. Firm but forgiving and with the right damper settings the ride quality can be better than stock even when lowered. I recommend sticking with those until you get R compound tires and notice the springs getting worked too hard. Even then I'd be working on a more aggressive alignment and possibly tweaking the damper settings before putting on stiffer springs assuming the car gets driven on the street regularly. @Racecomp Engineering may want to jump on here and clarify the typical use cases for their stiffer spring choices.
