ACT StreetLite Flywheel for the STi, im not sure what was in the A4. It was a long time ago and It came with the car. Both were MT, i've never driven an AT with a lightweight flywheel but I can imagine that the drivability is better. I'm not saying that a LWF is terrible all together, its a blast to have in the car for going on drives and makes shifting better, it just gets old fast. Whenever I knew that I was going to have to do a lot of stop and go driving I would try to take my wifes truck. It was that annoying.

I don't care what anybody says. The car was slower from the line after the LWF install. There's a reason why people don't use them for dragracing. If you're planning on taking your car to auto cross then it might be a good install for you. It's going to come down to personal preference its one of those things your either going to love or hate.
