My install

Ok guys so I ended up purchasing the red tint 3/10 and had messed up one of the red vinyls so I decided that I wasn't going to add the tinted vinyl layer, but wanted to share my experience.

I found that the heat gun was a good thing and a bad thing, because I accidentally burnt through the vinyl on one side as you can see here. But I wouldn't of been able to stretch the vinyl properly with out using heat. Also, I want to recommend that you invite a friend to help and remove the taillights from the vehicle, I believe it will allow for easier install.

I decided to finish installing the vinyl anyways thinking I would be able to possibly cover up the mistake with the tint vinyl. I cut the bad part out as shown below.

After doing the other side I was worried that I would mess up again and really didn't have the patience to attempted added the tint layer, so I decided to get creative. I ended up cutting a small design on the top where I could match the other side as well. Below is the free hand cutting that I did after completing both sides.
