The BRZs are likely to be marked up, but the FR-Ss shouldn't be, since the Scion brand is pure pricing and cannot be marked up -- dealerships caught adding mark ups (or selling below MSRP) can get in trouble by Toyota and may get penalized by not being able to sell any Scions, unless the rules have changed.
However, having worked at a Toyota dealership here in Southern California myself, they can sometimes get around that, such as by adding dealer-installed equipment. I believe that Scion/TRD equipment specifically for Scions is also pure pricing, but they sometimes also throw in non-Scion/TRD equipment that is marked up, but then they use the "Scions are pure pricing and we can't change the price" reasoning.
Still, I'd rather get the BRZ anyway, assuming you can get one at MSRP or lower, though it's not too likely to get one below MSRP, at least not this soon.
