I just read you idea for how to work it and I got this crazy idea with motorcycle chains and sprockets welded to the axles but the only issue is the suspension and keeping tension on the chain. I was thinking more one centrally mounted motor over the diff that was clutched or able to disengage the drive shaft and have it wired to the pedal like a drive by wire system. I would have to scratch my head, drink a six pack, and tear one apart before I could even begin to figure out how to make it all work. But if there's a beer there's a way. I just finished shoving a 1000cc motorcycle engine in a lawnmower for a burn out competition. I like figuring out the stuff that just makes people look at it and go "why in the hell would you do that?"
