If your comfortable with that price buy it, personally, I would walk, do some research tonight on the computer and see what they're going for in your area, and go back in tommorow.
seems like a good deal to me, after looking at about 20 others in your area, for 23-25 I'm seeing alot of 2013 base models in automatic with slightly more miles
