The only place I can really think of is
Re-Speed (this is his web page but look him up on Facebook and you will see all of his work). Sam (the owner) specializes in rotary engines but has done many other turbo and custom cars. The latest one I can think of was a Turbo NSX.
You would probably want to buy a turbo kit that already exists and then he would install and tune it.
His company is growing rapidly so he is in the middle of moving to a larger shop. He will be having a grand opening sometime in August probably. I will post details about it here as that would probably be the best time to check his place out.
And if you are ever looking for custom work Sam is the man to see. He is one of the best if not the best welder around.
