While I almost agree with jjaisli, I usually exclaim either "Sunnava-Bitch" or if I have had a bad day, it's "motherf***er".

When I had my hilux, I would still park there if I could squeeze in, and then I'd just climb out the back if I had to.
Best way to piss those assholes off. And if they opened their door on my hilux I didn't care.
