Ya the dealer filled mine with regular before I picked it up. They argued that it says "recommended". I had read through the posts on here before buying so know that it should say REQUIRED and was not impressed. Ran far better after I burnt through their "free" tank and put the proper stuff in it. If you use an online search for gas prices (in Ontario it is
www.ontariogasprices.com ) you can usually find someplace nearby that the premium cost isn't tooooo much higher then regular. Best to check out some of the fuel related threads on here to find what you should avoid though. As my mileage is so much better then my last car I figure it is pretty much a wash on cost (in the long run).
