This was just a prank done with fake paint that washes right off. Is it a **** thing to do? Yes, but this is how Youtuber's make their money. The more views a video gets the more money they make.
And lastly taking up two parking spots is not called double parking. Double parking when you park parallel to someone who is already parallel parked on a street. It is common to see this in places like NYC.
