As you know, Shiv has the same tune for all the CAL ids, so with this setup, you should be able to open an old tune for A01C and compare it to a new B01C tune. I was having the same problem as you comparing the tunes because I was trying to compare an old A01C tune to a new A01C tune. All the table values on the old A01C tune looked funky because I was referencing the new A01C XML.

I actually have both of the XML loaded into romraider, but with the older version first on the list. The result was wat u see in the screenshot above. Maybe there is something else I need to do?
