considering you're only adding a couple hundred lbs that's possible to remove from other places (possibly, I haven't devled too deeply into that) This would be a great reliable car with tons of torque and lots of power.
a 2900 lb car with 400 hp you're still looking at smoking a GTR in the quarter. You'll be in the low 11's if you can get it to the ground well.

The FRS is another toy just the DD toy, I enjoy everything in it I do with my Vette it was the replacement for my S2000. (That was one of my favorite cars along with an M3 I owned years before) It does Drag, Street and Auto Cross all when I feel like it no set duty just an enjoyable car just like my others. The Camaro that was mainly bought for my wife is the closest to a purpose vehicle as Street and Drag but I will set it up for whatever she wants to be honest.
While Budget is a big thing so is reliably and safely which is what I build everything around now... mainly because I am getting tired of taking things apart... but then I am getting older according to everyone.
The FRS was built to be fun but Safe I did most everything I found to make it stronger and safer before boosting it and when I did it was only on E85 and Mike at Moto-East knew I wanted it tuned with those thoughts in mind. The car experienced a failure caused by a design issue that has a TSB for it. For me this means I question the FA on if I can trust it, I want to trust it but I am not sure.
I know I can trust an LS, I know exactly what to expect from it too, plus I have one sitting here with an offer that's hard to pass up (as WGP sells just the mount swap kit for over 3 grand thats over 3 grand of free stuff being offered to me which adds to the hard to pass up portion) but I have to sell everything and start a long build that could be more of a pain in the ass... but in the same light if the FA20 has the same problem... yay for wasting money.
Either way that should answer those questions. Thanks for the luck right now I could use it towards knowing if I could trust an FA20.
