It's not just the Nav. and HID headlights, it’s also the LED fog light strips, higher grade cloth seats, and leather handbrake lever. I think the car is more Subaru than Toyota. It's built at Subaru's factory, 95% of the car uses Subaru parts. Better/more mature look than the FR-S (that's my subjective opinion of course). Mechanics at Subaru have more experience working on/maintaining boxer engines than a Scion mechanic.
I do like the white tachometer, black plastic dash trim, and the airbag cover on the steering wheel on the Scion.
