I wouldn't want to escalate it if if this is normal. This is an international order and not a regular domestic order.

They do not stock anything, almost everything they sell is ordered from a local distributor or dealer.
Lead time could be anywhere from 3-28 days. "Estimated delivery time by EMS/Courier 14-21 days" only means they expect this item to be in stock within a week to 10 days, and shipping is upwards of 2 weeks.
What was the expected lead time on their site for the part?

I do remember what I ordered. I just checked and it says a 10-15 days estimated delivery time.
So.... what would 10-15 days imply in this case if 5 days have already passed?
It sounds like this is something normal and to be expected?
