I used to work at a Toyota Dealership...I would say the best time to come in is in the morning around 8 AM. There are almost no customers, so what does that mean?

We usually take our time in the morning and carefully examine everything or else our manager will think we have too much "idle time".

If you go in around 10 AM when there are a lot of cars, we just try to "go go go!" and push out cars ASAP.

The amount of time spent on the car decreases as the day gets busier.

Around 6 PM is a pretty bad time to come, especially if the dealership is a busy one. We would probably be backed up with cars and we can't take any more for the day.

Aside from that -- You don't want to be that ONE guy who comes in at the last moment and make us stay longer LOL. The manager doesn't like paying for OT haha.
