Looks ok apart from a bit of knock 5800-6800 judging by the chunks out of the kc learned value, if you log FLKC it should confirm the knock.
The takeda intake looks like its upsetting the maf scaling at low flow rates as your LTFT climbs to +17% when your off the throttle at the end and you can see it high at the start as well. If you log some lower rpm runs it should become more noticeable.
