I took the wheel off again, and re-torqued the 4 'axle bearing housing' bolts, as I only did the axle nut the first time. While down there I re-torqued ALL the suspension bolts as well. Still no change. At this point in time, I am ~%95 sure its the cage in the CV joint. Is it feasible/safe to pull the boot, and check this without pulling the axle?

Probably suffered the same fate as this one..
