It's not a guarantee though, sometimes I don't hear anything, and it's not like a consistent patterned noise, like a rock in the tire. It's totally random.

My first thought was diff, but it drives butter smooth, no weird popping, or grinding at all. I have read some threads about a similar noise, and the culprit being loose axle nuts. So I took the wheel off, and re-torqued it. It barely moved, so I doubt that's it. I'm thinking CV joint, but I can't imagine how?

I AM running OFT, with an e85 tune, but surely that's not enough power increase to be popping CV joints? I'm not lowered, and no wheel spacers, or aftermarket wheels. It's basically an all stock car. No drag racing, or auto cross either, but I do drive it like a sports car, with the occasional spirited country sprint, and sometimes sliding the rear end around a bit. I'm at a loss..
If all you've done to the car is an OFT running an E85 tune, I'd run the E85 out and fill up with gas. Flash to a gasoline map (or stock if you are concerned with them flashing over your tune) and heading to the dealership and letting them diagnose/fix it. You have a warranty for a reason, use it.
