I haven't been able to do it. You can do it in a manual car, but not the auto as far as I've seen. I followed the instructions for doing it in a manual, and the option isn't there for us. I wish I could see this too - would be nice to know what the car is doing. Sometimes it seems like it just disengages the torque converter clutch instead of downshifting, and I'd like to see when that happens.
