For me it came down to a base Cayman and 370z. Had read hundreds of reviews on both and test drove 2 different base Caymans, a 2009 and a 2011. Then suddenly outta the blue I remembered everything I'd read and seen about the FRS/BRZ decided to give it a shot. Long story short, I never test drove the 370z or even made it into the Nissan dealership after seeing about the twins. I'm sure the 370z is a great car but the FRS is a great car too and the accolades are warranted once you begin to understand the car. Good luck. Either choice is a good one.
