If you have hi-flow main cat (front pipe) and stock headers its a bit of a toss up between stage1 and 2 maps , yes you could probably get away with stage 2 but probably safer on stage 1 map as it runs less timing advance than stg2 designed for catless headers. (Stage 1 also runns a bit less fuel up top as well, OL fuel table is a bit leaner))
But you would want to look for knock and check AFR at higher rpm if you want to try the stage 2 map with stock headers and hi flow cat. The remainder of the exhaust makes little difference to tuning
