I don't know where to begin with this one...
What heat problem are you trying to solve at the compressor? Have you taken temperature measurements on the outlet of the compressor and compared that to the intake temperature?
What are the cooper tubes going to do? Unless you will be circulating chilled water in the tubing...even then...
What problem are we fixing?
