is the bracket that houses the foglights / turn signals carbon fiber or is it just a carbon fiber looking material? if anyone can answer that would be a big help thanks !'

i also have a question about the intake. if i change the intake tube to silicon and the drop in filter do i need to reset the ecu/battery to accommodate?
