That is my latest v1.56 log before going to the 1.60 beta, but I had the same long term deadband then as now. Happened with the one time I went back to the stock tune as well.
Once the throttle plate starts moving past 0% the engine response feels normal. With regards to the LTFT idea, I have to admit am a little ignorant about how the LTFT's could cause the deadband issue.
