That was about 3 hours ago and I just got a call from them saying my car has been picked up and is in route back to their shop.

Unfortunately this is one of this s#%$ happens moments. Luckily you have an honest shop that will cover your butt and theirs by fixing what they did wrong. As always try to remember even mechanics are human and can sometimes miss even the most obvious stuff. Hope all gets fixed and good luck
